Monday-Thursday, 9am-5:30pm & Friday, 9am- 5pm

My client, a successful and friendly business based in Brentwood, is offering an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is eager to kick start their career! They are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As an Entry Level Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the company's administrative tasks. This is an exceptional chance for you to gain hands-on experience and grow professionally within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Update information on the company's in-house system, ensuring accuracy.
Produce reports utilising Excel, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
Cross-reference information with the database to maintain data integrity.
Perform data entry tasks efficiently and with great attention to detail.
Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, offering superior customer service.
Work towards assigned deadlines and contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
Collaborate closely with the data team, fostering effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
