Measured Building Surveyor – Join a Growing Surveying Team
Are you an experienced Measured Building Surveyor looking for your next challenge?
We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established surveying business delivering high-quality projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. If you enjoy a mix of site work, cutting-edge surveying technology and producing accurate CAD and BIM deliverables, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake measured building surveys across a variety of project types.
* Operate total stations, laser scanners and other modern surveying equipment.
* Produce accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations and sections.
* Create and develop 3D Revit/BIM models where required.
* Process, validate and manage survey data to ensure high levels of accuracy.
* Liaise with clients, architects and project teams throughout the survey process.
* Deliver projects on time while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
* Proven experience as a Measured Building Surveyor.
* Strong AutoCAD skills, with Revit/BIM experience an advantage.
* Experience using laser scanners, total stations and other surveying equipment.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* A full UK driving licence.
