Frontline Construction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for an established contractor delivering a ground-up extension project at a school in Ashford, Kent (TN27 8AL).
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering new build and extension projects from groundworks through to final handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest standard within a live education environment.
The Project
* Ground-up school extension
* Groundworks and substructure

* Internal fit-out and finishing works

Responsibilities
* Manage the project from start through to practical completion
* Oversee groundworks, structural works and all internal finishing packages
* Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour throughout each phase of the build
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
* Manage site logistics, materials and deliveries
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
* Liaise with the client, design team and subcontractors
* Keep accurate site records and provide regular progress updates
Essential Requirements
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* CSCS Card
* Enhanced DBS (essential)
* Proven experience managing ground-up new build or extension projects through to completion
* Strong understanding of groundworks, structural works, internal finishing packages and programme management
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
