Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate NVH Test Engineer to join our Client's team at their UK Technology Centre. This role is integral to their Product Development Testing team and will report directly to the Group Manager, Testing and Validation. Responsibilities
As an NVH Test Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting acoustic and vibration measurements, analyzing data, and generating detailed reports.
Selecting and utilizing appropriate NVH instrumentation for specific tasks.
Fitting instrumentation to test items and acquiring, processing, and presenting data using Siemens Testlab software and hardware.
Performing pass-by and other tests to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory noise emission requirements.
Conducting correlation testing to validate CAE NVH simulation results.
Collaborating with peers to achieve optimal team performance.Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (Full-Time).
2-3 years of experience in NVH testing or a related field.
Passion for motorcycles.
Experience working in an NVH function for 2+ years in the UK.
Significant powertrain NVH experience.
Experience correlating test data with simulation results.
Familiarity with RLDA instrumentation (e.g., DC accelerometers, LVDTs, strain gauges, rugged loggers).Day-to-Day
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure motorcycles meet NVH standards.
Perform hands-on testing and data analysis using advanced NVH tools and techniques.
Work on-site at the UK Technology Centre in Leicestershire, with occasional travel as required.
