We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Feltham.

To be considered for this role you'll need previous experience in driving or industrial Recruitment or Transport / Logistics HGV company.
The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment role, with responsibility for:
Account management and developing strong client relationships
Business development and winning new business
Candidate sourcing using job boards, CV databases and social media
Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
Placing HGV and non-HGV drivers with clients
Ensuring candidates are fully compliant
Building and maintaining a strong candidate network

You'll need:
Previous experience in Recruitment, Transport or Logistics
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A strong work ethic and genuine desire to succeed
The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
