Kind Consultancy is working with a national Financial Services business which is now seeking Telephone Business Development Specialist to join them in a full-time, permanent role that will be predominantly remote with occasional travel to their East Midlands offices. The role has a base salary of £30,000 with an OTE circa £50,000.
The Telephone BD Specialist will focus on contacting potential broker customers, promoting the organisation and converting leads into appointments, with key responsibilities including:
- Calling broker firms to explain the business's proposition and booking first appointments into the Recruitment teams diaries
- Presenting and explaining the business's services in a clear and persuasive manner
- Building rapport and overcoming objections
- Achieving and exceeding call and appointment targets
- Following up calls with marketing literature
- Accurately recording calls on the CRM database system
Our ideal candidate for the Telephone Business Development Specialist position:
- Has previous Financial Services experience
- Has strong outbound telephone sales experience
- Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including a personable and professional telephone manner
- Is self-motivated and resilient
- Is target-driven with a problem-solving mindset
