    German Speaking Customer Service Advisor

    Location: Leicester (Office-Based)

    Type: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time

    Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time)


    Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and growing team based in Leicester.


    This is a permanent role with flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming enquiries from customers in the UK, US, and Germany through various channels including email, phone, live chat, and social media
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and pass along customer insights to help shape product and service improvements
    • Create and update customer profiles in the system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date
    • Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm that their issues have been fully resolved and expectations met
    • Offer a helpful and friendly service that reflects the company’s values and commitment to customer care
    • Work proactively to spot patterns or recurring issues and share these with the wider team


    Requirements:

    • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
    • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial
    • Clear communication and good problem-solving abilities
    • Confident with using computer systems and handling multiple tasks at once
    • Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively
