Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Partnerships Manager:

* Manage a portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring all contractual rights are delivered accurately and to a high standard

* Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact

* Lead the planning and delivery of partnership activation programmes across matchdays, events, and campaigns

* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Communications, Ticketing, Events, and Community teams to ensure seamless delivery

* Monitor partnership performance, delivering post-campaign analysis, reporting, and presentations to demonstrate value

About You as the Senior Partnerships Manager:

* Proven experience in partnership management, sponsorship servicing, or account management

* Strong understanding of partnership activation, delivery, and performance measurement

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Highly organised with strong project management ability and attention to detail

* Commercially aware, proactive, and able to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
