As Store Manager, you'll have full responsibility for your team and the performance of the store. You'll be expected to inspire, motivate and develop your colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve strong sales results. Experience of assisted sales within a furniture, homeware, furnishings or kitchen/bedroom bathroom business would be an advantage!
What you'll be doing:
Leading from the front by delivering a first-class customer journey.
Driving store sales and ensuring commercial targets are achieved.
Recruiting, coaching and developing a motivated and high-performing team.
Taking ownership of stock management and product presentation.
Using business data to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
Building lasting relationships with customers, including high-value clients.
Recognising and rewarding great performance while managing underperformance.
Working closely with your Area Manager on new initiatives and retail projects. We're looking for a Store Manager who is:

A competitive basic salary of £40,000
Realistic earnings over £60,000 with commission and bonus.
