Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated civil works schedules aligned to programme milestones.
- Collaborate with project teams to build programmes from first principles.
- Assure supply chain schedules and contract compliance.
- Identify interfaces, risks, efficiencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Support progress reporting, updates, and forecast to complete.
- Produce accurate month-end forecasts, baselines, and performance reports.
- Analyse schedule variance and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate and contribute to planning and schedule workshops.
- Manage key stakeholders to ensure delivery success.
- Support delivery of high-quality project controls information.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, project management, or related field.
- Strong planning and scheduling knowledge.
- Experience in Primavera P6.
- Construction or major project environment experience.
- Understanding of design and construction processes.
- Knowledge of CDM and regulated environments.
- Awareness of NEC, FIDIC, or similar contracts.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
