Marketing Executive
Location: Sutton
Salary: £28k - £30k (DOE) + 20% bonus

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, PR, print, and event channels.
Create and distribute engaging marketing content, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Assist with website updates, digital marketing activity, and lead generation campaigns.
Build, schedule, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and automation workflows.
Manage social media content calendars and help create engaging content across multiple platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
Maintain CRM systems, databases, and audience records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Support the production and promotion of events, webinars, and online content.
Assist with partnership, sponsorship, and stakeholder marketing activities.
Contribute ideas and insights to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.

Requirements

Previous marketing experience or a marketing-related qualification.
Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach to work.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and marketing systems/CRM platforms.
An interest in analysing campaign performance and using data to drive improvements.
