👁 About the Role:
You will:
- Deliver high-quality outpatient and surgical ophthalmology care
- Perform procedures including:
- High-volume cataracts, phacoemulsification under topical anaesthesia (essential)
- Eyelid surgery
- Laser treatment
- Provide expert assessments and diagnostics, including:
- Slit-lamp examination
- Gonioscopy
- Fundoscopy
- Tonometry
- Refraction
- Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and continual service improvement
✅ What You’ll Need:
- GMC registration with entry on the Specialist Register in Ophthalmology
