The ideal Benefits Analyst will receive a salary between £60,000 - £70,000
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the delivery, coordination and maintenance of benefits across UK and international regions.
Build credibility with managers, employees and external partners through clear, confident communication.
Respond to internal queries with professionalism, clarity and a solutions‑focused mindset.
Support benefits processes linked to starters, leavers and contractual changes.
Provide flexible administrative support as required within a fast‑paced environment.
Ideal Experience
International Benefits experience OR strong UK benefits knowledge with a genuine desire to develop internationally.
Technical Benefits Knowledge across core benefits processes.
Proactive, Can‑Do Attitude - willingness to get involved and take initiative.
