The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for an Engineering Delivery Project Manager to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 31st March 2027.
Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour.

Engineering Delivery is responsible for driving our obsession for the precise execution of our products. We are integrated within the Group Structure of the Programme Product Map to ensure robust delivery using Technical Delivery Plans, Commodity Plans and Obstacle Escalation. This team play a vital role supporting the roll-out and continual improvement of the Agile Philosophy. The successful individual in post will have a responsibility for ensuring that we have the engineering entitlement to deliver the programme cycles to agreed Cost, Quality and Time targets. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
To act as the day-to-day contact in Vehicle Groups to ensure successful programme delivery.
Proactively monitor Engineering health through agreed KPIs leading to the resolution of risks.
Maintain overall integrity and coherence of the programme Engineering content.
Managing communications with stakeholders.
Report progress of the Engineering at defined intervals.
Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.
