Reporting to Finance Manager, the main duties of this role will include:
* Monthly Management Accounts preparation
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations including Cashbooks
* Annual Statutory Accounts
* Fixed Asset Maintenance
* Sales Performance reporting, providing detailed analysis on weekly & monthly sales
* VAT & HMRC returns including all reconciliations
* Provide wider finance team with margin analysis
* Work closely with both Sales & operations to ensure company wide KPI’s are met
The ideal candidate should possess the following key skills / experience to meet the role head on:
* Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA candidate who is seeking to become Qualified
* Experience of SAGE and other accounting platforms is essential
* Ability to prepare accounts to at least Trial Balance
* Strong communication and oral skills
* Ability to interact with key personnel therefore you should be a self-starter
