Maintenance Roofer

Jaberu Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Roofer to join a busy property maintenance team delivering planned cyclical maintenance works across a large residential property portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure work through to Christmas, with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of planned roofing maintenance works, ensuring properties remain safe and well maintained. The role involves travelling between occupied residential properties and completing work to a high standard.

Duties Include

* Carrying out cyclical roof maintenance works.

* Minor roof repairs.

* Minor chimney repairs and maintenance.

* Gutter cleaning and clearing.

* Identifying defects and recommending remedial works where required.

* Completing basic roof surveys and written reports.

* Maintaining accurate records of completed works.

* Working safely and professionally in occupied properties.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a maintenance roofer.

* Experience carrying out roof repairs, minor chimney works and gutter maintenance.

* Ability to identify roofing defects and complete basic condition surveys/reports.

* Good communication and organisational skills.

* Full UK driving licence.

* CSCS card preferred.
