Veritas Education is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our growing supply team, supporting a range of welcoming nurseries across Guildford and the surrounding areas.
Whether you're looking for full-time supply work or just a few days each week, we offer flexible opportunities that allow you to choose when and where you work while gaining valuable experience across a variety of high-quality Early Years settings.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play an important role in supporting children aged 0-5 years, helping to create safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments where every child can learn, develop, and thrive in line with the EYFS framework.
What We're Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or an equivalent qualification (essential).
Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A flexible attitude and genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and outdoor play.
Encourage children's social, emotional, and communication development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment.
Work collaboratively with nursery teams to provide high-quality care and education.
