Do you have previous school administration experience and strong knowledge of SIMS? We are recruiting for an experienced School Receptionist / Administrator to join a welcoming and busy primary school in Bradford on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly school environment where you'll play a key role in supporting pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils, and staff.
Managing the reception area and ensuring all visitors are welcomed professionally.
Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
Maintaining and updating pupil records using school management systems.
Supporting the administration of attendance records and absence reporting.
Assisting with general office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Processing correspondence and supporting the day-to-day running of the school office.
Ensuring safeguarding and visitor procedures are always followed.What We're Looking For
Previous experience working within a school office environment.
Strong working knowledge of SIMS (essential or highly desirable).
