The primary focus will be Air Freight, But knowledge of Ocean and Road is needed, along with Customs and Sales expereince. So an "all-rounder" would be perfect.
This position would suit either an established manager or a Junior Manager looking to take a step up.
Managing a small team, you will have:

Demonstrable exposure to Air and Sea freight within a freight forwarding environment.

Strong operational knowledge of freight suppliers, hauliers, and forwarding networks, with a sales background.

Sound Customs knowledge.

Commercial awareness with the ability to balance Customer Service and profitability.

Excellent negotiation skills along with industry contacts.
