About the Role
Net-Temps are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our client’s busy and growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating processes, and providing outstanding support to both customers and colleagues.
This role offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional responses
* Prepare and process quotations, orders, and customer updates
* Support the external sales team with administrative tasks and account coordination
* Conduct outbound sales calls
* Monitor stock levels to assist with order processing and quotations
* Maintain accurate records, including data entry and reporting
* Follow up on leads and help build strong customer relationships
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services

* Previous sales administration or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential
