You’ll work on a range of projects including commercial refurbishments, reactive maintenance, and small-scale improvements for private and public-sector clients. A large proportion of the work will be based in the South East, with additional jobs located within and around the M25, including London.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Carrying out general building repairs and maintenance across a range of sites
* Undertaking tasks such as fencing, gates, small brickwork repairs, tiling, plastering, and basic carpentry
* Completing small-scale refurbishments and reactive fixes such as loose slabs, decorating, and minor installations
* Assisting other trades on larger projects when required
* Managing your workload independently while maintaining quality and safety standards
You’ll have broad building experience across multiple trades and a practical, can-do approach. The ideal candidate will be confident working both independently and as part of a team, with good time management and communication skills.
Due to client site requirements, security clearance will be required (UK residency for at least 2 years & clean criminal record).
Package:
* £38,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience and skills)

Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience in general building repairs and maintenance
* Strong practical knowledge across trades such as carpentry, tiling, plastering, or brickwork
* Ability to work independently and make on-site decisions
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable (Not Essential):
* CSCS card
* First Aid, PASMA, or IPAF certification
* Formal trade qualification (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds)
* Knowledge of London and the South East area
