As a production worker, you will work in the heart of the pressing department and learn the production process from the ground up.You will start with clearly defined tasks. You will make sure the correct materials are loaded into the press, remove the finished components from the machine and check the results. If everything meets the required standards, you will carefully package the products and prepare them for further processing or shipment.As you gain experience, you will learn more about the machines and the production process. The aim is to help you develop into an operator in the pressing department.Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supplying materials and loading them into industrial presses;
- Inspecting products and identifying any defects or deviations;
- Packaging products and preparing them for further processing or shipment;
- Learning to operate different machines and use various techniques within the pressing department;
- Gradually taking on more of the responsibilities associated with an operator role.
You will start on the day shift and receive proper training. To continue developing in this role, you must be willing to work shifts in the future.
