As Project Coordinator, you will be closely involved in the early stages of customer engagement, supporting new requests, RFQs, and development trajectories. You will act as a vital link between customers and our R&D department, ensuring that technical input, requirements, and expectations are clearly translated into actionable project steps.
With your independent and solution-driven approach, you contribute to the successful realization of customer-specific developments and the smooth introduction of new clients. In addition, you will help reinforce internal quality standards by supporting documentation processes, monitoring KPIs, and assisting in audit preparation.
This role requires someone who takes initiative, communicates confidently, and maintains oversight in a dynamic technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support incoming customer requests, RFQs, and development projects
- Translate customer requirements into clear internal project guidelines in collaboration with R&D
- Safeguard progress, structure, and transparency during early-stage project phases
- Facilitate alignment between customers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to onboarding processes for new customers
- Support quality management activities, including documentation control, KPI tracking, and audit readiness
- Identify potential risks early and proactively suggest practical solutions
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a comparable technical/operational position
- Experience guiding projects, new product introductions, or RFQ processes
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy in documentation
- Analytical thinking combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
- Confidence working in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Experience in e-Mobility is a plus, as is an interest in technology and sustainability
- Familiarity with ISO, IATF, or quality management systems—or willingness to develop expertise
- Availability to work on-site in Almere
