Job Summary
The transportation, logistics, and trailer industry are undergoing a transformation. This is a unique opportunity to become a part of a brand-new TIP Group venture where you’ll be shaping solutions with the shared goal of electrification and digitization of logistics fleets and workshops across Europe.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the go-to-market and continued growth of this exciting new venture. You’ll be a part of an enterprising and newly built team with both corporate and startup backgrounds.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market strategy for this new venture, ensuring a smooth and impactful market entry, driving awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop compelling product messaging and value propositions that resonate with fleet operators and workshop managers and differentiate our solutions from competitors.
- Lead the Sales & Marketing team as a manager and mentor.
- Stay on top of competitor activity and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure success and optimize our sales and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with other work streams, such as customer success and product development, to ensure alignment.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B product sales and/or marketing, preferably within the industrial or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS solutions within the B2B space.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, in Dutch and English (mandatory). Any other European language is a distinct advantage.
- Data-driven approach & experience with sales and marketing analytics and reporting.
- Team player, able to work and communicate closely with peers in cross-functional and international teams to reach common goals.
- Willingness to travel to stakeholders across the Netherlands.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
