As a production employee at Uniekaas, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring our high-quality cheeses are ready to reach customers across the Netherlands and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:- Packaging sliced cheese and preparing it for transport.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, reporting any issues promptly.
- Placing cheese on the production line to ensure smooth operations.
- Supporting colleagues to maintain an efficient production flow.
- Upholding quality standards to meet customer expectations.
- Earn a salary between €2,800 and €3,000 per week, including shift allowances up to 140%.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Work full-time, 32-36 hours per week, in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Reimbursement for travel costs starting from 10 km and free parking at the workplace.

- Resides near Kaatsheuvel, Waakwijk, or Tilburg with own transport.
- Proficient in English or Dutch (B1 level).
- Willing to work in 2- or 3-shift systems.
- Physically fit to stand and walk throughout the workday.
