As Employee & Labour Relations Manager at Action's International HQ in Zwaagdijk-Oost, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining and leading the labour and employee relations activities across 14 countries. You'll be at the heart of a dynamic, fast?'growing retail organization where your legal and strategic expertise will truly make a difference.

Labour relations management:

• Develop, implement and execute employee and labour relations strategy and process, aligned with business objectives and EU labour legislation.
• Draft and update HR policies to reflect legislative changes and best practices.
• Provide guidance to HR teams and managers on labour relations matters.

Employee relations management:

• Handle sensitive and complex employee relations cases, including grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions to ensure a fair and consistent handling.
• Prepare or review investigations reports and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to HR partners on best practices.

You're strategic, pragmatic, and calm under pressure. You understand complex labour and employee issues and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law or related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in similar roles.
• Solid experience in a large, international organisation.
• Skilled in developing and implementing international HR policies.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written), knowledge of French/German is considered a plus.
• Strong relationship?'building and advisory skills, ability to manage sensitive information/situations with discretion and professionalism.

You'll be part of the Legal team within our international HR department at Action HQ. This team works closely with HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits.
