With 82 flats decorated by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, The July BOAT&CO is setting course to become a hotel to which (inter)national guests keep returning. All flats have luxuriously equipped kitchens, living and working areas. The rooms also reflect Amsterdam's Houthaven; some even literally. Like the penthouse with insane views over the IJ River. The rest of our hotel is just as complete. From the atrium to the terrace and from the spa to the restaurant: everywhere The July BOAT&CO combines international design with Amsterdam charm and hospitality. The Job
As our Night Receptionist, you will ensure that the hotel stay for guests is as pleasant as possible. Besides acting as the first point of contact for guests, you are also responsible for monitoring the atmosphere and safety.
So what can you expect?
You will join a night shift at 23:00 with a team handover, ensuring smooth check-ins and preparations. You provide info to outgoing or returning Guests of The July BOAT&CO. After the VIP prep, you will check hotel safety and tidy up the lobby for the first morning guests. Then you will handle wake-up calls and prepare important tasks for the morning colleagues. You will be finished by 7:00!

You are a natural host. No need to ask for something, you've already done it
You have a bubbly personality that is eager to get started
You have good communication skills. In English as well
You work independently, but also well together
You know Amsterdam inside out. The newest places? Tried and tested!
Preferably you have been behind a hotel reception desk, but experience is certainly not a must
You are able to work from 23:00 till 7:00
You also live nearby or in Amsterdam
