• 5+ Years of Proven Sales/Marketing Management in Pharma: You don't just understand the market; you've shaped it and consistently outperformed it.
• Exceptional knowledge on what makes apartnership and Alliance managementsuccessful

• Deep Oncology Commercial Experience : You possess the specific therapeutic expertise to set the vision and execute strategy for a highly specialized portfolio.

• Successful Product Launch & Market Access Mastery: You have hands‑on experience in new product development, commercialization, and navigating complex market access strategies to ensure early patient access.

• Cross-Functional Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and sales/marketing teams to deliver unified operational plans.

• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Proven experience in leading, developing, and inspiring medium‑to‑large sales and marketing teams to achieve financial and strategic goals.

• P&L and Strategic Management: You are adept at astute financial P&L management and defining market‑appropriate strategies that maximize the potential of a high‑value portfolio.

• Set the Vision: Define and operationalize the strategy for the Lung, GI, and Hematology portfolio within our Oncology Business Unit.

• Drive Patient Access: Ensure innovative medicines reach the patients who need them most through effective sales execution and smart market access strategies.

• Lead Change: Pioneer innovation and lead critical business and organizational changes that support a global leader in Oncology.
