As a Production Worker, you’ll be assembling, checking, and preparing products for shipment. You follow clear instructions, work with care, and make sure everything meets the right standards. Thanks to your effort, the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
What your day looks like
Your day starts around 07:30 with a cup of coffee and a quick chat with your team. Then you grab your work order and get going. You assemble product parts, carry out quality checks, and prepare items for packing and shipment. Using basic hand tools, you follow step-by-step instructions while keeping an eye on safety and accuracy. At the end of your shift, you clean your workstation, give a short update to your team leader, and head home ,another productive day done.
What you’ll be doing
- Assembling product parts according to work instructions
- Performing visual and functional quality checks
- Packing finished items and preparing them for shipment
- Using basic hand tools and light machinery
- Filling in simple admin on work orders
- Keeping your workstation clean and organised
- A practical mindset and a willingness to learn
- Experience in production or assembly is a plus
- Comfortable using basic tools
- You speak Dutch or English
- You’re accurate, reliable, and physically fit
- Available up to 40 hours per week
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- €14.90 - €15,30 gross per hour (based on 40 hours per week)
- Choose between weekly or 4-weekly payments
