What is it?
Our Fast Track Leadership (FTL) programme is a
- 1-year program starting in August 2026
- Location the vibrant city of Prague, Czech Republic
- 2 rotations of 6 month within the program in one of the following departments: Customer & Consumer Experience, IT, Logistics, Finance, or People (HR) Business Services Team.
- As a junior talent, you will build your resilience, leadership and problem-solving skills, and gain a 360-degree view on operational core of our business, while also leading a transformational project.
- You will have a 70-20-10 learning and development approach, where 70% Learning on the Job, 20% Exposure to Other, 10% Formal Learning & Training
Who are we looking for?

You are resilient and willing to step outside of your comfort zone to learn. You are interested in a multi-functional career and have the ambition to develop new skillsets and capabilities throughout your career.

To be eligible:
- You must have graduated (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
- You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
- Your passion and ownership are more important than the subject you studied.
- A Fluent level of English is a must. If you possess a proficient level of either Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish, this is considered a big benefit!
- You should be an EU citizen or have the right to live and work permanently in the Czech Republic.
We are looking for: Junior talent. Recent Graduate. Junior Manager. Professional Trainee. Graduate Trainee.

- For the first few years of your career, you will be based in the vibrant and dynamic city of Prague, Czech Republic known for its bars, restaurants and fast-paced way of life. Assistance with your relocation is provided, if needed.
