Wat je gaat doen As a Production Operator, you ensure that the packaging lines run smoothly and safely. You prepare and configure production lines according to the production order, monitor the process, and independently resolve minor technical issues to prevent downtime. You make sure materials are replenished on time to keep the line running efficiently, perform routine quality inspections, and report any deviations. You also work closely with fellow operators and actively contribute ideas to improve the production process.

Shift schedule

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00

• Gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,800, including 20% shift allowance, depending on experience
