Functieomschrijving:
As a Technical Operator, you work on semi-automated production lines in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You keep the line stable, carry out set-ups and changeovers and take action when the process is disturbed. In general, your tasks are:

• Operating and monitoring semi-automated production lines.
• Performing set-ups, changeovers, line cleaning and line clearances.
• Troubleshooting process disturbances and helping restore line performance.
• Making minor technical adjustments to equipment when needed.
• Checking and documenting production data in SAP/MES systems.
• Supporting deviation handling and problem-solving activities.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Working safely and according to GMP, SOPs and fixed procedures.

Functievereisten:
This role is a good match if you like technology, structure and solving problems on the line. You do not need to be an engineer, but you do need experience with machines and a practical way of thinking. You match this role if you have:

• Experience as an operator in an automated or semi-automated production environment.
• Technical understanding of machines, settings and production processes.
• Experience with troubleshooting, changeovers or line set-ups.
• Able to work with SOPs, GMP rules and clear work instructions.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a 3 or 5-shift schedule.
• MBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
You will work in a clean production site where technology, quality and structure are taken seriously. This role gives you strong conditions and the chance to build further experience with automated lines, systems and improvement methods.

• Salary between €3.500,- and €4.500,- gross per month including shift allowance.
• You receive a 13th month payment as an extra payment on top of your salary.
• Work in a 3 or 5-shift schedule.
• Travel allowance of €0,29 per kilometre.
