How will you make an impact?- Digital & Social Media
- Improve the way we organize the day‑to‑day activities of Desperados social media platforms.
- Develop the monthly calendar for our social platforms and cascade it to our markets.
- Work with our social media agency to find best practices in our operating countries, leverage community learnings and reapply in other markets.
- Pilot social media innovations and improve how we communicate with our consumers.
- Event Sponsorship Management
- Manage our worldwide calendar of sponsorships.
- Work with markets to amplify our global partnerships and global activations.
- Build communication plans and assets for our global party sponsorships and leverage them in different countries.
- Event production: We support the bringing of events to life, in collaboration with our partners globally or in markets.
- Internal conference: Support the brand team for the company’s annual conference in developing & coordinating the event.
- Become the go‑to individual for accessing our global tools (our internal website, our assets platform).
- Adaptability – understand the rules and expectations, in a complex organization.
- Communication – Enhance your storytelling skills and presenting style.

Conditions of HEINEKEN- You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
- In the case of non‑EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
- In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
- You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
- You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).
During your time as an intern at HEINEKEN, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where growing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we brew your future step by step. In addition, we offer you:
- A full‑time internship, starting on September 1, 2026.
- The duration of the internship is 6 months (to be agreed upon with your internship supervisor).
- Your home office will be located in Amsterdam / etc..
- At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home.
- You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40‑hour workweek.
- You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full‑time internship).
- If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed.
