The organization manages two brands – Geely and Zeekr – and supports business activities across nearly 20 European countries. As procurement team under this company, we provide scalable, compliant and high-quality procurement support covering marketing, aftersales, IT, HR and other professional services to enable sustainable brand growth in Europe.

The role

As Procurement Manager leading a team of 6 at Geely Auto Europe, you are fully responsible for all procurement activities of this company, supporting both Geely and Zeekr brands across Europe. The scope includes marketing, aftersales services, IT, HR and professional services procurement. You will define and execute the European procurement strategy, ensure governance, compliance and value creation, and lead and develop a procurement team of 6–7 professionals operating across multiple countries.

This is what you will do

• Own and execute the end-to-end procurement strategy for Geely Auto Europe, covering Geely and Zeekr brands across nearly 20 European countries.
• Lead, manage and develop a procurement team of 6–7 people, including team structure, performance management, capability development and succession planning.
• Provide category leadership across marketing, operation, aftersales, IT, HR and other professional service procurements.
• Lead complex and high-value sourcing activities, including RFI / RFP / RFQ processes, commercial negotiations and contract structuring.
• Establish and drive supplier management frameworks, including supplier selection, onboarding, performance monitoring and long-term partnership development.
• Act as a procurement business partner to Marketing, Aftersales, IT, HR, Finance, Legal and regional management teams.
• Ensure procurement governance, compliance and risk management in line with group policies and local regulatory requirements across Europe.
• Collaborate closely with Geely Group global and regional procurement organizations to align processes and leverage best practices.
• Continuously identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities while supporting brand positioning, quality and business growth.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate

• 8+ years of procurement experience, with strong exposure to indirect procurement such as marketing, professional services, IT or HR.
• Proven experience leading procurement teams and operating within multi-country, matrix organizations.
• Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Solid analytical and commercial understanding to support fact-based decision making.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience within automotive, mobility or large international organizations and SAP knowledge are strong advantages.
• Fluent English for professional and leadership communication.
