The hotel is designed by the renowned designer Karim Rashid. The hotel is part of the VEN complex, meaning it shares the building with Holland Casino and LimeHome apartments. Essential ingredients:

Preferably experience in a similar role in a large hotel;
-
Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;
-
You are proactive, stress-resistant, quality-focused, and have an eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
-
Preparing dishes for the restaurant and meetings & events;
-
Performing preparatory tasks for all dishes;
-
Contributing to the innovation of dishes and menus with proactive ideas;
-
Assessing the quality and shelf life of ingredients and ensuring the quality of outgoing dishes;
-
Receiving, inspecting, and storing ordered food supplies;
-
Keeping the work area clean;
-
Guiding and training apprentice chefs.
