As a Lead Operator in the metal industry, you work daily alongside your team on the production floor. You are not only responsible for supervising your colleagues, but you also actively participate in the production process. On the shop floor, equipped with modern CNC-controlled machines, you make sure everything runs smoothly. You monitor the planning, check the quality of the work, and step in immediately when there are technical or organizational issues. You motivate the team and are the go-to person for questions and solutions. Additionally, you contribute ideas for improvements and keep the workplace safe and tidy.
• Daily supervision, guidance, and motivation of production workers
• Working alongside the team in the production process and providing support where needed
• Monitoring planning, quality, and delivery times
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines
• Identifying and solving technical or operational bottlenecks
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and efficiency
• Ensuring a safe and clean work environment
You work full-time from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 16:30.

• At least 2 years of experience as a lead operator, production team leader, or similar role in the metal industry
• Experience with CNC machines and technical processes
• Good command of the Dutch language
