As a Front Office Host(ess), you are the face of the hotel, creating a warm and memorable first impression for every guest. You will manage arrivals and departures, handle guest requests, and ensure a smooth and efficient front office operation throughout your shift. This role is key in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a welcoming and organised front desk environment. The position is a full-time role (38 hours per week), ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and enjoys connecting with people.
