That is why we are looking for a proactive and curious Quality officer with sharp eye for details.
As a member of the quality team, your job will involve facilitating and enabling the organization to ensure the delivery of safe products to our customers. You will support Wouter van der Poel, Quality Manager in developing and maintaining risk assessments and in incident management. On a daily basis your responsibilities will be to provide quick and efficient answers to internal and external questions, improve the quality (IT) systems, provide training and keep the quality manual up to date. Additionally, you will handle complaints, address non‑conformities as well as conduct internal and external audits.
Who are you?Most important is that you can be critical and precise, but also pragmatic when needed. To be successful within Cefetra, it is important to have a ‘self‑starter’ mentality, be open minded and curious. We’d love to hear your thoughts on the tasks and responsibilities in the position. In addition, you can identify with the following requirements:
- You are passionate about working in Quality within the international supply chain;
- You have a quality mindset and proactively communicate the core values with colleagues;
- Your background is in Quality or Feed/Food safety and you have relevant knowledge about HACCP;
- You are IT savvy and have a strong experience with MS Office and other relevant software such as Power Bi and Power Automate;
- You are good at both Dutch and English, both verbal and written. On a daily basis you'll need both languages.
