Your primary responsibilities as a back-end engineer at Formelio will include:
- Collaborating seamlessly with your agile team during sprint cycles.
- Partnering with software architects to conceive and develop new applications supporting Formelio's ecosystem.
- Crafting and maintaining microservices utilizing the latest technology stack.
- Implementing robust DevOps pipelines to automate deployments to our Kubernetes clusters.
- Working on complex interoperability problems with different source systems.

- University degree in computer science or technical degree with at least 5 years of engineering experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Experience with our technology stack, which includes Java Spring Boot and Kubernetes. Good knowledge of Rust and/or Go is highly desirable.
- Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and Keycloak is considered a plus
- A team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary team, collaborative and proactive in sharing insights, best practices, and guidance with others.
- Proactive and capable of independently devising solutions to complex challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
- Eagerness to acquire new technical skills and stay up to date with emerging trends.
- Language-agnostic approach to software engineering.
- Experience in a lead-dev, architect, or engineering management position would be a plus.
- Experience in the health-tech industry would be a valuable asset.
