What You’ll DoLead With Purpose
- Act as a dentsu ambassador, building strong and trusted relationships across clients, industry partners, and internal teams;

Drive Modern, Integrated Media Excellence
- Shape and deliver innovative, full-spectrum media solutions — grounded in client ambitions and enabled by dentsu’s capabilities;
- Use a deep understanding of digital and offline media to design strategies that are evidence-based, creative, and future-fit.
Elevate Client Growth
- Guide clients through complex business and marketing challenges with confidence and strategic clarity;
- Ensure sustainable account performance, client satisfaction, and commercial growth.

- Extensive agency (or relevant client-side commercial) experience in a senior client-facing role;
- A proven ability to grow and nurture client relationships;
- Strong media knowledge (digital + offline), ideally as a communications planner/director;
- Experience managing teams with varied backgrounds and skill levels;
- Confident advising clients in a digital-first context;
- Strong presentation and communication skills;
- Experience managing budgets and/or P&L;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
