You'll be responsible for the management of all customer subscriptions, invoices, and communication. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales and Customer Success colleagues to discuss customers and handle the financial side of their contracts. You’ll also take the lead in cash reporting and forecasting for the group of companies.
With Zivver’s growth now backed by Kiteworks, you’ll have a hand in shaping the future of the Finance function. You'll help to execute projects that improve financial systems and processes which will grow with our company and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance department.
Job Requirements- A BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree.
- A strong foundation in accounting and a real knack for numbers – you may not have years of experience, but you’re already ahead of the curve.
- Familiar with accounting standards like IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
- IT affinity and eager to develop your skills on various Finance tools.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Attention to detail is your superpower, and you're a pro at analyzing.
- Your English skills are top-notch, Dutch speaking is a prerequisite.
- Extra points if you've got a CPA or CMA.
- Creating perfection is something you enjoy.
- Getting things done and hands-on mentality.
- Straightforward, direct, but respectful with a big smile.
- And have we mentioned your excellent eye for detail?
- Own the day-to-day financial accounting of our multi-country, multi-currency company.
- You will be responsible for the management of the invoicing of our 10.000 Zivver-clients and the corresponding debtor management.
- Regularly communicate with clients and colleagues with regard to financial questions that arise on customer subscriptions.
- You look after quality control & integrity over all recorded financial transactions and ensure they correctly find their way to the financial reporting with appropriate documentation.
- Provide insight into cash balances and prepare forecasts on developments of cash in- and outflows.
- Carry out accurate and timely reconciliation of the company accounts and balance sheet accounts at the end of each month.
- Participate in the annual consolidated audit process ensuring a timely and effective audit and lead stand-alone audits of on the of the entities.
