As a Consultant in our Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, you’ll help clients across the Benelux and DACH region tackle complex security challenges. You’ll advise, implement, and deliver tailor‑made PAM solutions using technologies like CyberArk, Delinea, and BeyondTrust. You’ll work closely with your team, clients, and internal stakeholders to raise security maturity levels and protect organisations’ crown jewels!
What you will do as PAM Consultant- Advise on complex PAM challenges on both a business and a technical level for clients in various industries.
- Design, implement and document processes to advise customers on best practices and improve security maturity.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a specific topic.
- Contribute to innovation and standardisation (e.g. PAMaaS).
- Represent SITS | Traxion at conferences and partner days.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients across industries.
- Host workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and get certified in (new) PAM technologies and gather business intelligence to improve our service and market positioning.
You’ll directly contribute to securing our clients’ most critical assets. - Indefinite contract;
- A position for 32 – 40 hours per week;
- Hybrid working options: 3‑4 days per week at our Waardenburg office or client site depending on client requirements;

- Experience: 3+ years in PAM / IAM Security. Hands‑on experience with CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust (or similar). You have worked on networking infrastructure, Microsoft tiering model, firewalls.
- Skills: Strong communication as well as ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements across technical and business levels. Proactive, independent, and eager to expand and share knowledge.
- Languages: Business proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. German is nice to have.
- Education/Certifications: You have at least one relevant PAM certification (such as in CyberArk, Delinea and/or BeyondTrust). Additional relevant certifications are nice to have.
- Availability: Available fulltime and able to work from our Waardenburg office or client site 2‑4 days a week.
- Driver’s License: You have a valid EU driver’s license.
- Work Eligibility: You already live in the Netherlands or Belgium and hold a valid work visa.
