Key Responsibilities:Analysis & Action Planning
- Analyze performance results and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to enhance pricing data, processes, and tracking.
- Identify areas for growth and propose innovative solutions.
- Create, manage, and maintain action plans and processes to drive improvements.
- Conduct market analyses and align strategies across the organization.
Implementation & Monitoring
- Ensure timely execution of action plans and track progress.
- Foster collaboration between departments for smooth implementation of projects.
- Contribute to optimizing supply chain operations.
- Take ownership of specific initiatives to ensure their success.
- Previous experience in the automotive and/or rental industry.
- Proven track record in project management and data analysis.
- Strong business acumen and capability to implement strategies effectively.
- Technical proficiency with statistics and advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
- Proactive mindset; independent yet a committed team player.
- Analytical and organized with a problem-solving approach.
- Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- A competitive salary of €5,000 - €7,000 per month, depending on experience and education, based on a 40-hour workweek.
