• A full-time position (40 hours per week) in dayshift from 06:00 till 15:00
• Salary in scale 8 between € 3.039,- and € 3,600 gross per month (growth potential up to € 4,490,- depending on experience)

As a Teamleader, you're the go-to person on the work floor. You make sure your team performs well, feels valued and continues to develop.

• Monitor operations and align with fellow Teamleaders to keep things running smoothly
• Coach team members on their performance and personal development
• Create a safe, welcoming and supportive working environment
• Conduct performance, absence and development conversations
• Keep workforce planning and time registration up to date
• Preparing and conducting Performance Dialogues

You're a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, keep a cool head and always think ahead.

• At least 1 year experience in a leadership role (preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting)
• Strong analytical skills - confident with systems and reports
• Excellent communication skills in English, do you speak Dutch, it's a plus! At least you are willing to learn Dutch!
• Reliable - your team knows they can count on you
• You are flexible and comfortable leading teams across multiple operational areas such as picking, packing, and VAS, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and team dynamics.
