Payroll Specialist (Within the People department)

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of payroll processing for the company. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems and regulations. Additionally, the Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in the upcoming payroll system migration, ensuring a smooth transition and continued accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations.

1. Participate in the planning and execution of payroll system migration.
2. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure data integrity during the transition.
3. Conduct system testing, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
4. Provide training and support to staff on the new payroll system.

2. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
3. Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
