Job Description: Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for bio-analytical instrumentation, including data acquisition, analysis, and control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.
- Implement and optimize algorithms for data processing, image analysis, and instrument control.
- Develop intuitive and user-friendly GUI interfaces for instrument control and data visualization.
- Ensure software reliability, performance, and scalability through rigorous testing and code optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, debugging and optimizing code as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in bio-analytical instrumentation and software development.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on bio-analytical instrumentation.
- Familiarity with software standards specific to research-use-only lab instruments.
- Knowledge of GLP compliance and the ability to develop software solutions that adhere to GLP requirements is a plus.
- Experience with implementing relevant standards and guidelines, such as ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and IEC 62304 is a plus.
- Proficiency in C++, MATLAB, and Python programming languages.
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle and best practices.
- Experience with GUI development and creating user-friendly interfaces.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and low-level programming.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex software challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
