As a packaging operator, you will contribute to the efficient production of beloved candy brands in our modern factory in Breda. Your role is essential in ensuring that production lines run smoothly, quality standards are upheld, and minor technical challenges are addressed. What You Will Do:
- Set up and operate: the production lines according to the correct specifications.
- Monitor: the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
- Resolve: minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
- Contribute: to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
- Work: in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.

We are looking for a proactive operator with technical skills and a passion for efficiency to join our dynamic team in Breda.
- Experience as an operator, preferably in packaging processes.
- Interest in technology and improving production efficiency.
- Accurate, physically active, and technically inclined.
- Available full-time in a three-shift system.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English, with own transport.
