As a Grinder at Thielco you will contribute to the preparation of products that require a high-quality finish. Working in a shifted day shift, you will perform precise and safe conventional grinding tasks, ensuring the quality of the products. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You'll be working fulltime a shifted day: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
What You Will Do:
- Prepare surfaces: grinding products to ensure they are ready for powder coating.
- Inspect products: checking for wear, damage, and quality after grinding.
- Maintain equipment: ensuring the grinding tools and other equipment remain in good condition.
- Document tasks: keeping records of your work and reporting deviations to the supervisor.
- Ensure safety: adhering to safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment.
