Manpower, on behalf of Boston Scientific in Kerkrade, is currently seeking a Logistics Team Leader.
As a team lead, you and your team ensure the achievement of all KPIs. You actively participate, closely monitoring the smooth flow of work processes. Among your responsibilities are:
- Supervising compliance with work instructions and processes
- Identifying and reporting malfunctions to the Maintenance department
- Developing structural solutions to issues in the work process in collaboration with the supervisor
- Conducting PDC (Performance, Development, and Career) discussions in close coordination with the supervisor
- Acting as an emergency response officer and leading during assigned shifts

Working Hours
In this full-time role, you will work from Monday to Friday, either between 6:00 AM and 2:30 PM or between 2:30 PM and 11:00 PM.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an MBO diploma at level 3, preferably in logistics
- At least three years of work experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or another logistics work environment
- Proficiency in working with SAP and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written, for effective communication and documentation in these languages
- Availability for 40 hours per week
- Capability to lead small improvement projects using BSCI lean essential tools
