About the job
As a production worker, you play a key role in the manufacturing process of wooden pallets. You'll work in a dynamic environment where you're physically active, take on responsibilities, and your efforts truly matter. You keep the machines running, supply them with wood, and perform quality checks on the pallets. Spot a minor defect? You fix it yourself with ease.
You work full-time, either in a day shift or in a two-shift system. Your days are varied: one day you'll mainly be refilling machines, the next you'll focus on final inspections or small repairs. You work closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly and deliver a quality product. Interested in growing within the company? If you perform well, you can move up to an operator role.

What we require- Experience in a production environment
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to roll up your sleeves
- Good command of Dutch or English
- Precise and quality-oriented work attitude
- Gross hourly wage of €15.78 (including ADV)
- Full-time workweek in day or two-shift system
- Option for a four-day workweek (06:00-15:30)
- Possibility of a permanent contract if you perform well
- Growth opportunity to operator position
